Jouets Petitcollin, a renowned name in the world of French toys

Founded in Étain in 1860, Jouets Petitcollin is one of the most iconic names in the French toy-making tradition. Labelled a “Living Heritage Enterprise”, it uses traditional manufacturing techniques, unlike its competitors abroad. Many production stages are still carried out by hand.

On this guided tour, you’ll find out about the hundred-year-old manufacturing processes and the different production stages.
Then the visit goes to the heart of the museum, to immerse you in the world of Jouets Petitcollin. Thanks to a full museum redesign, step into the history of the brand, from the first baby doll in 1912 to models by major fashion designers.

  • Guided company tour and visit to museum: 2 hours
  • Guided tour of museum only: 1 hour 30 mins

Visiting times and days

  • Visits booked in advance:
    • Company + museum: tours from Tuesday to Friday
    • Museum only: tours from Tuesday to Sunday
  • Closed annually from 24 December 2021 to 24 January 2022
    Please note: last company tour on Friday 17 December 2021
  • The museum and company are closed to visitors on public holidays.
